Thursday What's Happening?
Evening OFF family!!
Having some PC problems since the storm the other morning that ripped through here!!! Not sure where the lightning hit but it sure did rumble a long time and I do mean LONG TIME!!!!
Still trying to get y last 2 apartments tenants moved in. One signed th lease but needs the electric in his name yet. Guess they do NOT understand they NEED to do it NOW!!!! The other woman is having one heck of a time getting the electric in her name because she needs a picture ID and they will NOT accept a copy of her birth certificate..need the raised seal on it and her birth certificate is from Mississippi. So the license bureau won't take her old drivers license either...grrrrrrrr can we say frustrating????? Yeah we sure can!!!!!! So this has been going on since last week. Now she is trying to find someone that will put the electric in their name until she can get her birth certificate from Mississippi and then in her name. So far no go. GRRRRRRR I feel for her. Out of all the apartments I have rented so far these last two are the worst trouble I have had!!! I am not in as very good mood at all over this. But its part of the job I guess. I WILL make it through. AND...I have this maintenance man that for two cents I would give him awy right now!!! We bought a new screen door for a tenant and it opens from the wrong side...guess we were in to big a hurry to get back before it rained again...anyhow today Rick goes into the garage and see's that this guy used the new door still in the box that he KNOWS we have to take back to the store to exchange for the other opening side one...with spray paint all over it!!!!!!!!!!!! So help me come tomorrow morning he better not come close to me or his head is mine!!!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!
It is 88* here right now and the sky is looking like it could rain/storm again tonight. Had enough of this crap this week already!!! I like the warm weather but this having to move the car and truck and warn others to move theirs just incase it floods....its getting old already!!!!
Well Rick is done cutting grass for the night so best get off here and make the stir fry. All it is is frozen and needs to be heated up...looked good so thought we would try it.
Sorry to come in and complain but there is nobody else to talk to right now and you are all it...not that anyone will come in this late and read but I got it off my mind!

Actually I prefer to read and right now I'm reading Hot Ice by Nora Roberts.
So my wonderful hubby will be returning from Kentucky Sunday. I sure do miss him. Good thing I have my dogs and Momma cat. It's hot and muggy here and we have a storm warning out, I'm stuck where there is no windows so I'm hoping the ride home tonight will be okay. I hate driving in storms.
Tomorrow is Grandparents Day at Remi's school. I have to be there by 0830. Then later I'm watching little Holly for a few hours til her dad gets home from work. If it's nice out Holly and I will walk to the park, Holly has just started walking so we will toddle down and play at the park!
Tis the season for Garage Sales. Stopped at one today after picking up Remi. Bought 2 tops, brand new pair of socks and a coffee mug for hubby. He likes the mugs with the larger handles that holds at least 16 oz of coffee.
Yesterday I started to mow the lawn and the belt slipped off, so much for surprising hubby with the idea of "hey baby, look you have a great wife who mowed the whole lawn for ya!" LOL...okay we mow around 8 acres, takes lots of time. Personally I love mowing the lawn, got some sun too.
