Monday: Whatcha Eating today?

Here we go again, another work week (for those of us working Mon to Friday). . .

B:  Light n Fit yogurt with Kashi Protein Crunch Cereal added for good measure

S:  Strawberries and 1/2 Banana

L:  Liver and onions and small side salad consisting of romaine, red onion, tomato w/Ken's Free Dressing

S:  Small piece of ice cream birthday cake

D:  Pan Seared Chicken Cutlet and more salad

S:  Strawberries and 1/2 of a banana

That is my plan for today, if it changes, I will come back to add or delete what was actually eaten

On the run today, been here at the hospital since 0700 volunteering at our Fine Jewelry Sale for our fund raiser. I was a good girl and didn't buy any jewelry too! Whhoooo!

B: EAS protein shake
L: Tuna noodle casserole
D: hamburger with lots of veggies on it
S: handful of Pretzel Crisps
and of course my ****tail of prune juice mixed with applesauce
