Thursday - Whatcha Eating Today?
My plan today. . .
B: Ricotta Apple Pancakes, made with fresh grated apples, eggs, rice flour and protein powder, one Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage
S: Chips with Hummus
L: Spiral Ham (I'll be eating this for a while (lol)), small piece of corn caserole
S: Single size healthy kettle corn
D: Small ceasar salad, about 3 ounces of ribeye and couple of forkfuls of brocolli
S: a few forkfuls of Tony's birthday dessert (apple crisp w/vanilla ice cream)
