Thursday - Whatcha Eating Today?
Come on folks, help a woman out here, participate and let others see how it goes depending on the stage you're post-op. . . believe me when I was researching this life giving surgery, I wanted to know what people were doing at different stages, so my reason for doing this thread is two-fold, one accountability, the other to let newbies know what life post-op can be like. . .
At close to 5 years post-op this is today's food plan, it may change somewhat and if it changes drastically, I will come back and edit.
B: Ricotta Apple Pancakes w/turkey bacon
S: Peach and cheese stick
L: Leftover steak and sweet potato
S: Yogurt or orange and cheese
D: Sushi
S: No sugar added Klondike bar
Treat your tool well, and your tool will treat you well back. . .

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
