Nice to talk to you again. You shared some great exercise advise with me on the VSG forum! Sounds like you guys are a VSG family. I imagine it makes things massively easier when other family members know what it's like to be in your shoes. I have two boys still at home (27 & 18) who are very supportive of my decision and my hubby is always nervous about anything related to doctors and hospitals but supportive none the less.

It is easier...but I'm the alpha so I run the show so to speak. LOL
dont tell my husband...I'll have to re-shape him for two weeks if you do. LOL
