Wednesday Happenings
Hi sistas! I'm not going to have the ablation done on Monday. Dr doesn't like the look of things in the ultrasound. I need a d&c first for a biopsy. She thinks I might possibly be pre-cancerous. So will have the d&c on Monday. If that's ok I will have the ablation later this fall. Might have to have a hysterectomy instead. More later next week. Love you all!
I was suppose to have a D&C prior to my ablation. They couldn't do it because nobody had ordered the drug I need before so they just did the ablation. The best thing to every happen to me.
My DD had it but, they did hers differents than they did mine.
Hope it all works out and you don't have to have the hysterectomy!

Vickie: if you need a hysterectomy that ain't all bad. I had a radical ( everything out: both ovaries, Fallopian tubes and uterus) at age 51, and other than surgery recovery much like after my RnY, I never felt better and it was one of the best things to happen to me and is up there with my WLS for feeling better and major improvement to quality of life...
Good evening OFF family...just bringing up the rear again.
Work kept me pretty busy and I'm looking forward after tomorrow for my 4 days off.
Got bad news...one of my favorite volunteers passed away, Betty was soooo cool. Her hubby died not even a year ago and they had been married like 63 years. They have never been separated, volunteered together and also played Santa and Mrs. Clause here at the hospital.
Well Betty passed away on their Wedding Anniversary and I guess she was holding true to the fact that they were meant to be together in life and death. Funeral is Friday so that will take up my day and I will cherish Betty and Bill always. I told them once that they were my mentors on having the perfect marriage.
So now I have to take care and not emotional eat when I get home. Gotta have a plan...maybe just get my butt into bed so I don't eat. I know you all get me! Hugs Debbie
