Woke up late, so no time to walk Roxie, but will do so this evening after dinner. . .

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen

Hello Laureen...it is pouring down rain and very foggy here....haven't walked yet but I will if I have to g to the mall or WaMart...30 minutes!

Today I walked/ran for 1 hour on the treadmill.

Today we drove an hour to the Juravinski Cancer Centre for my Oncology appointment and I walked to the "Well Woman" Unit and back without getting so tired and having to stop for a rest..it was a long walk....that was HUGE for me!

I thanked my lymphodemic legs for being so resilient! *s*
