Hello Laureen....I wanted to walk today but didn't. It has been raining most all the day. Very damp and cold. I did some inside exercises and that will be it today.

Today I walked all over the mall, the hunting store, the grocery store, and the four blocks around my house. My knee feels like it has a hot poker behind it. Crap.

I am glad you guys are still moving. Walking is really good exercise.
