Ok....so I'm not great about getting on here to post this, so here are the last couple of days.

Monday...

B....1/2 pita with egg and cheese

L....chef salad with FF raspberry vinegrette on the side

D...grilled chicken breast, roasted broccoli, baked sweet tater


Tuesday

B....1/2 pita with egg and cheese

S...chai protein delink

L....egg salad sandwich

S...honey crisp apple, a few pretzels

D...chopped Asian/chicken salad

L....salmon and peas

Lunch: chef salad with ranch on the side

D:  Ham sandwich/1/2 ham--one slice of bread

Tuesday

B:  1 egg

Snack cucumbers

L:  a little pasta and some chicken

Snack: banana

D:  half of sandwich again

Snack: sugar free popsicle
