Kind of a ho hum day, so here goes

B....pita with egg and cheese

S....protein shake w/banana

L....left over chili

S....zip

D....red beans and rice

Trying to work with the puree stage:

B - 1/2 pack of oatmeal

S - 4oz of fruit smoothie w/ protein powder

L - refried beans with cheese

D - 1/4 cup sirloin tip steak 1/4 cup mashed potatoes

S - later will finish off the other 4oz  of fruit smoothie

Hello Susan....I posted a What are we eating at the same time you did....I just deleted it. Guess I should have waited longer.

B....Boost

L....Mexican Pizza at Taco Bell (like a tostada)

S.....banana

D......Boost

Not sure if I will have anything else as I am not feeling well.

Yesterday I ate

B -protein shake

L- grilled chicken, cucumbers and tomatoes

D -  roasted butternut squash and roasted chicken sandwich

S - cheese and crackers  SF jello

 

Today I have a dulcimer workshop.  I am taking my lunch

 

B - oatmeal and blueberries

Lunch - chicken, butternut squash

Dinner -  grilled chicken or fish and veggies

snack - don't know yet.

Breakfast:  egg, half a toast

Snack: cucumber

Lunch:  ham, cheese, and lettuce wrap

Snack:  banana

Dinner:  sugar free popsicle, avocado salad with diced tomato.

Snack:  about four plain tostado chips
