Nothing was covered. I have B/C B/S of ill. I lost 219 lbs and they said because of me working out that I was not sagging enough. On my LBL the Dr took off 35 lbs. How can 35 lbs not be sagging enough. I had Dr's notes, rashes, back and shoulder problems.

I sent in Dr notes and info with the law of California and they denied me 3 times. My Insurance changed to Anthena bs bc in July,  I will send in the paperwork to them for having my breast and arm reconstructive surgery.. Hopefully  I can aleast get them to pay for some of the cost of these  surgeries.
