OR...I've also got a great Tzatziki sauce that's scrumptious on everything.  I use it to top burgers, or even as salad dressing.

What can I do with "cucumbers"? Something different maybe? I make cucumbers and onions, eat them raw, pickle them. Anyone have some recipes for me?

Topic: Protein ball recipe issue...
Hi, I found the recipes for the protein balls,, since I am not a fan of peanut butter i used cream cheese instead... well, the 'mix' comes out way too wet, and anything I coat the balls in just dissolves.. is it because i'm using cream cheese? i even kept adding protein powder but it just stayed frosting like consistency?? anyone have any suggestions?

I used 8oz cream cheese, 11/2 cupschocolate protein powder, pkt splenda,1/4 teaspn almond extract, mixed with my kitchen aide then rolled them into balls and thencoated with cocoa powder with some splenda but they're still 'wet'.   last batch i kept adding protein powder but no imporvement!1

I googled vitamin salad.  Is this it?  If not there are others as well but this looked close to what you described.
