ok so they smelled REALLY good...but the taste...hmm..I can't even describe the taste, the only thing it made me want to do was brush my teeth really badly..lol My husband liked them ( but that isn't saying much, he will eat anything that isn't a vegetable..lol)
Maybe others will like them, i think I just couldn't get past knowing that they were made with black beans

I just saw a recipe for Spring Rolls on the Food Network website. They sounded pretty good. The Chungs eggrolls are good, I use to eat those preop.

i have heard of quinoa and just wondering where you found it..have checked local supermarkets and havent been able to find it..thanks for the recipe...

I have also made a sweet version...I just boil it and then add spray butter and splenda and a lil cinnamon...really really good :)

I just started experimenting with the quinoa...I use it in recipes where I used to use rice...I use it to make cabbage rolls and goulash...I make all sorts of things with it :)
