Thank you!!  I have had difficulties with eggs since surgery, but this was INCREDIBLE!!  I have had it several times over the last 2 weeks and each time seems better than the one before!  I even drop in a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese - a little extra protein!

Thank you for sharing!

This is an old Weigh****chers recipe I had ... sooo yummy! Made it Thursday night and I have another batch in the crockpot right now. You could also easily make this right on the stovetop if you don't have a crockpot.

1 pkg extra lean ground beef (96/4)
8oz velveeta light or reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp relish
1 tbsp ketchup
salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

Cook meet in skillet (crumbles, not patties), then transfer to crockpot (or leave in skillet if cooking on stovetop) and add in remaining ingredients. Simmer on low for 2 hours, or until cheese is completely melted!

Yummyyyyyyy!

Hi there.

I dont know about the cookbook that you are talking about.  But there is a web site called sparkpeople.com  they have a whole section on WLS friendly recipes.  I have made a few of them and they have all been wonderful!!!  They even have an app for the iPhone that is awesome.  Just FYI incase you dont fine your cookbook your looking for.

Good Luck
