Topic: RE: What do you put SF syrups in?
Hey Tiffany
I put mine in protein shakes - wouldn't be able to drink them any other way! I know some people buy plain greek yogurt and doctor it up themselves w/ fruit, splenda and sf syrups!

Topic: What do you put SF syrups in?
I was thinking about buying a bottle, but I don't want it to go to waste. Wasn't sure what all I could use it for. I don't drink coffee, so....any ideas?
Thanks!

Thanks for posting this information. I tried the original recipe you posted and it was INCREDIBLE!! I have to admit that is the first time I really really enjoyed eating an egg since surgery! This is definately going to become one of my favorite recipes!

Bobbi,
I'm glad your family liked it. I forgot to tell you that if you sprinkle a little parm. cheese on it, it is to die for!
I figured it out to be 198 calories per cup with 13 g. protein. I'm going to try turkey sausage next time to get the cals. down.

Topic: RE: Bread machine recipes
Ironically, bread needs protein to rise; but, a very specific one: Gluten. If you weren't careful you could end up with some flat failures SO, I would suggest using something like Bob'd Red Mill Low Carb Bread Mix. The company will have done all the chemistry for you. There is even a machine recipe on the package!
