Yes that is kind of what I was thinking. Why spend so much on one when it is only the two of us. I'll have to look for a hand held one as a Christmas gift for myself

Using meat as the crust does sound like the easiest way! I'm all about easy dinners
I just use meat for the crust, or I use this recipe. Neither is necessarily low calorie, but both are very low carb.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I'm looking to start trying this. What do you think of your little hand held one? Is it worth the purchase? I'm thinking of trying one of those instead of jumping into the larger much more expensive one's just in case it doesn't get a lot of use.
I love my little hand held one, it was only 10 bucks and I have used it a ton, it is very easy to use, I would use this one before I spent the bucks out for the big one. If you are only cooking for yourself or 1 other the big one to me is a waste

Thank you for the idea! I will have to look up the amount of carbs in wonton wrappers. Wouldn't think it would be very high.
I make pizza on wonton wrappers, I can eat maybe 2 but they cure the craving

What is everyone's EASIEST way to make crust free pizza? I have only tried making the cauliflower crust one time with zero luck! But it was a long time ago and I think they now have frozen cauliflower 'rice' that can be used more easily? What are your choices on easy idea's?
