Warm tea helped me a lot. Another suggestion is broth. I was also allowed crystal light and Powerade zero. I know that if you are trying this hard that you will do great!!

I'm on day 5 of the liquid diet and I'm going crazy. What are some things I can take in besides jello and protein shakes?

                                                  Thank you!

This is the one I like   http://www.theluckypennyblog.com/2013/02/the-best-cauliflower-crust-pizza.html

The almond flour/meal helps it hold together and I like the texture.  I normally use a little more almond meal then the recipe calls for.

Topic: Cauliflower Pizza Crust - Any Favorite Recipes? Tips?

Hi everyone,

there are a lot of recipes out on the internet (and here on OH) for Cauliflower Pizza Crust.  Any favorite recipes you can share?  Any tips?

My husband makes pizza just about every Saturday night, and I miss being part of the "pizza" fun! So I am going to make a cauliflower crust tonight.  Should be fun!! And hey if it doesn't work out I will keep trying.

Thanks!!

Topic: coco lites recipe

Coco lites can really get me through that need for something sweet and crunchy and only 16 calories. My sinful treat is a teaspoon of sf jelly topped off with a teaspoon of fat free cool whip. Less than 50 calories and reminiscent of strawberry shortcake.
