My face is doing ok wrinkly wise but maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan do I look washed out. Not pale - its genetically impossible for me to be pale, but goddamn where's the cheekbones? Ima have to get someone to teach me to apply blush I guess. Cept on my huge honking nose which is always crack***** red (allergies? flipside of the genetic coin? i dunno). A ****head little nail tech I had touching up my fingernails one day said "You look like someone punch you right in face!"

But, there may be hope. On a recent visit with my PCP,I got to talking with another doctor there on the way out when he commented on my weight loss. He told me about smart lipo and I'm looking into it now. It is a less invasive lipo done with a laser and from what hes told me and I've looked up online, it will help tighten the skin up. I was scheduled for a consult last week but had to cancel. With the holidays coming up I couldnt stand the idea of spending $2-3,000 on myself. But, after the beginning of the year, I'm going to look more into it and start looking into the bigger plastics as well.
I Had a pretty good self esteem day. I have days where I get down on myself. and I have days where I feel good aobut myself. Today was a good day. tomorrow who knows. But everyday I feel so blessed to have come through this surgery well! And to have lost even this much weight although i'm nowhere NEAR done.
