Finally got over that threshold I'd been hovering around. Started going to the gym in the mornings and doing a bit of cardio and weight lifting. Down now aroudn 163...total of 68.2 pounds since highest weight. So thankful and glad everyday that I had the surgery. Enjoying life so much now!
