muscle pain

Hi everyone, I am 3 weeks post-op today. I have absolutely NO energy or strength. I also have very sore muscles along my whole rib cage. It actually hurts to touch my waist. Has anyone felt this too?

Do you know if your surgeon had to cut through a muscle during your surgery? Mine did and its still very sore. I would just check with your surgeon. I've also noticed that getting up and down is a complete abs workout for me after surgery. 

He never said, i see him on wednesday.I agree with the abs  workout. i just have no energy and i'm tired all of the time. It will all be worth it in the end though!
