Tips or Tricks or Aps?
I'm 7 months out, and am in a new, fun, absorbing job.... Yes accounting, but fun accounting.... Anyway, I forget to drink at work. I really should be getting in more fluids, but gosh darn it, I get forget. It doesn't help that I don't feel thirsty, and when I get hungry, well then, it's too late, and I can't drink and eat together.
Any advice, tips, tricks or apps to get me hydrated?
