My 1st surgerversary

Well one year ago today I had my gastric bypass surgery performed. I had dropped 30 llbs prior to the surgery and was 408 the day of the surgery. Today I weigh 206 lbs. It has been in many ways the best year of my life. It saved my marriage, heck it saved my life. I was headed down a dark path. I cannot stress how thrilled I am that I had this done. Now on with the rest of my life. Thanks to those on these boards that helped me along the way.
