protein rich snack
So I didn't want to have a protein shake just yet so I decided to try a snack. I put 6oz of Chobani greek yogurt with pineapple with half a scoop of unflavored protein powder in my mini food processor and blended everything up. I took a 3oz cup and filled it about 2/3 of the way and used a baby spoon to eat it over 10 minutes. I don't feel full but I don't feel hungry. Right now I have no clue what either of those are. I am just making sure to get my proteins in and to keep my mouth from drying out. But I enjoyed it and it was definitely a yummy treat. Just thought I would share!!
Sounds good...I'll have to try some fruits. I have been making the cheesecake
greek yogurt and it's absolutely delish. I put a coupla heaping spoonfuls of
sugar-free cheesecake jello mix in the unflavored yougurt and maybe a touch
of milk so it's not too thick. Then I either add some pumpkin or sugar-free jam
or pie cherries and sf cool whip. It's delish and packs a punch of protein. I hate
yogurt but this is my new afternoon protein snack. Thanks for sharing.
