protein rich snack

So I didn't want to have a protein shake just yet so I decided to try a snack.  I put 6oz of Chobani greek yogurt with pineapple with half a scoop of unflavored protein powder in my mini food processor and blended everything up.  I took a 3oz cup and filled it about 2/3 of the way and used a baby spoon to eat it over 10 minutes.  I don't feel full but I don't feel hungry. Right now I have no clue what either of those are.  I am just making sure to get my proteins in and to keep my mouth from drying out.  But I enjoyed it and it was definitely a yummy treat. Just thought I would share!!

You're in luck! Pineapple is not a citrus fruit. There's no citric acid in it.

Sounds good...I'll have to try some fruits. I have been making the cheesecake
greek yogurt and it's absolutely delish. I put a coupla heaping spoonfuls of
sugar-free cheesecake jello mix in the unflavored yougurt and maybe a touch
of milk so it's not too thick. Then I either add some pumpkin or sugar-free jam
or pie cherries and sf cool whip. It's delish and packs a punch of protein. I hate
yogurt but this is my new afternoon protein snack. Thanks for sharing.

Well there is very little pineapple in....mostly plain greek yogurt. I have always loved yogurt but about a year ago started the greek and now it is the only one I can eat. Yummm....I have to try the cheesecake recipe one.  Sounds delish!!!

Thats why it's so important to measure now because you don't know if you are full or hungry. Sounds yummy! I still don't know if I'm full or hungry, but I do get this yucky feeling when I have eaten too much.

 That sounds really good! I like the baby spoon idea also. I am having a really difficult time in taking baby bites....

It really does help slow you down....I love the feeling of having tons of food in my mouth but now I know I can't do that. I have to go slow and really try to take tiny bites

I use the Unjury unflavored protein.  I've only tried it in the yogurt but I really didn't taste it at all.  Some say they don't like it though. Guess it is a matter of preference....
