When I was in puree stage I scrambled eggs w/ salt and pepper and then pureed them w/ salsa to thin them out.  I would keep a container of those in the fridge as well as a container of ground turkey sausage that I pureed w/ salsa.  I would mix the two and heat in the microwave topped w/ a little shredded cheese.  If you have not tried eggs yet please do so w/ caution.  Some people do not tolerate eggs well early out.  You might have better luck sticking w/ egg whites.

Dippy egg without the soldiers (it's an English thing!) - absolutely yummy - I like mine boiled for 2.5 minutes which will leave you with a runny yolk and a soft white!

Not only English - my grandmother used to make those for me, and we used her grandfather's egg scissors to open the tops!  Loved those!

I "fried" mine in PAM instead of grease, left the yolk runny. Also put a tiny bit of greek yogurt in the processor with it. Scrambled with melted cheese and a dab of fat free mayo

I was suppose to puree but never did with eggs.  I just ate soft scrambled or over medium and cut up the white to tiny tiny pieces.  Some folks have problems with eggs and do better with eggbeaters.
