What size dishes do you eat out of?

This is a pudding dish or like a dipping dish but, my whole dinner is in there.

1/4 C. white chicken chili.

Its really not that high in protein when you can only have a 1/4 C. but it sure does fill me up and keep me full for a while.

Looks good. I use the smallest dishes I can find in my cupboards! I try to never use a big plate or bowl.

I usually use a salad plate or a small bowl like your dipping dish.  The smaller the better so that I can at least feel like I am eating more :-)

Even at over 4 years out, I use primarily salad plates and coffee mugs/cups and occasionally use small bowls.  I never use the big plates and full size bowls any more.

I just use normal dishes most of the time.  If I am dishing up some yogurt, I do choose a smaller bowl over a larger one.  When I eat dinner with my partner, I set the table with regular dinner plates.  He wants a normal plate and we've never discussed it, but I kind of feel like he would be more comfortable if we eat off the same dishes.  My food never takes up more than half the plate, though, usually less than half.

I use a saucer or one of those dipping cups as well. If somewhere else where I must use regular plates, I ration it to less than half of it

I eat off of salad plates.  My famiy is used to it and they always get one out for me.  No big deal to eat out of a full size plate, but I personally like to eat off the smaller plates.  I tend to eat soups/chilli out of coffee mugs.  :)

it depends on what i'm eating. i don't like certain foods touching each other (i'm weird lol). but usually if i'm home i use paper plates (i know wasteful, but it's one less dish to wash) so whatever is one sale i buy. bowls, it depends what's in them. when i make soup i use a regular sized bowl but pretty much anything else i put in kid's bowls i got from ikea.

I'm using left over small plates from the wedding. When I run out of those I'll go to salad plates lol. I purchased a pack of 6 extra small ziplock bowls with lids to take things to work in.
