It gets easier when you can eat more at a time, and a bigger variety of things.

Like Kelly said, it gets easier, but like you I walk around all day at work and dont get much sit down time.  I went to GNC and got their AMP Wheybolic cookies and cream.  I mix one scoop in 4 oz which is 20 grams.  I like it in the 4 oz size because I can just slug it down and dont have to drink a big shake.   I really dont like protein shakes but these are tolerable to me, becuase of the minimal amount to drink.

If there's a more convenient protein than cheese sticks, I haven't found it yet. I keep them in the fridge at home of course, but at work they're in my pocket where they come up to a nice warm flavor.

For those on the road, I've seen two different brands of hard-boiled eggs at some convenience stores. (Look in the refrigerator by the sandwiches.) I don't remember the brand names, but one of them comes with the shell still on; I don't know how they expect people to eat them!

Protein bars and RTD protein drinks help me get it all in!

When you are permitted by your surgeon's plan to have nuts, they are a great thing to carry around with you or have in your desk at work with no refrigeration required.

That's why you gotta always be thinking protein first. You also learn to do the running total. I know food to eat to stay in my protein range.
Something I liked early out were eggface's protein pancakes. Very high protein and yummy taste. Easy to make too.
