Flavored vs. Plain Greek Yogurt
I stay away from it because of the VERY high sugar content. Instead, I use the plain Greek yogurt and add Splenda, SF jam, or SF syrup. I have so many different syrups that I can have virtually any flavor I want without the added sugars.
Where do others stand on this topic? I'm curious. Thanks.

I eat these with no problem:
6 ounces Chobani Black Cherry 0% fat Greek yogurt: 140 calories, 14 grams protein, 21 grams sugar
6 ounces Chobani Blueberry 0% fat Greek yogurt: 140 calories, 14 grams protein, 20 grams sugar
6 ounces Chobani Peach 0% fat Greek yogurt: 140 calories, 14 grams protein, 19 grams sugar
6 ounces Chobani Pomegranate 0% fat Greek yogurt: 140 calories, 14 grams protein, 19 grams sugar
6 ounces Chobani Strawberry 0% fat Greek yogurt: 140 calories, 14 grams protein, 19 grams sugar
6 ounces Chobani Mango 2% fat Greek yogurt: 160 calories, 13 grams protein, 20 grams sugar
6 ounces Chobani Passion Fruit 2% fat Greek yogurt: 160 calories, 14 grams protein, 19 grams sugar
6 ounces Chobani Pineapple 2% fat Greek yogurt: 160 calories, 13 grams protein, 18 grams sugar
Best thing? I get the generic brand of plain greek yogurt from the Harris Teeter grovery store down here (NC)... cheap, often on sale (so even cheaper!) and really nice texture once stirred up!
