I'm lucky because I love the stuff- O% with SF jam. It's one of my treats for the day.

You can add anything you want.

Below is what I use:

Sugarfree pudding's
Protein powder
Crystal Light
Fresh fruit - I especially like a bananna in mine.
Sugarfree preserves
Splenda only (this was before I knew I could add other things)

Experiment - that's the fun.

I add vanilla protein powder, which (duh!) gives it even MORE protein and plus makes it sweet.  Then I either add fruit or a packet of Lime Margarita drink mix (from Target) to make it taste like Key Lime Pie.

At Costco they have some that comes with fruit on the side. It's not high in sugar and I chew it pretty thoroughly. For the most part that tames the sour taste for me. I thought I'd try some Marionberry preserves (not sf, but not high in sugar either) and it was actually too sweet. It almost made me sick to my stomach or should I say pouch?? Anyway these are all great ideas, but I'll stick with the above for now.

I add a little bit of splenda and a couple of squirts of Mio (the stuff you put in water). I love the peach mango--it's awesome. I actually don't like it with the cheesecake SF pudding mix which gives me the sadz cause I love cheesecake. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. I also have always used it in place of sour cream as well and I'll throw some into almost any smoothie I make.
