CVS Brand equivalent to Centrum chewables vitamins with iron for children - one a.m. and one p.m.
Bariatric Advantage calcium chewables - two a.m. and two p.m.
Iron 325 mg ferrous sulfate -  two mid day (CVS brand)
500 mg B12 - one in a.m. (CVS Brand)

That's it.  I watch CVS for when they have buy one, get one free and buy in bulk at that time.  My surgeon has approved  these.

Those calcium chews..the ones like candy are only 250 mg..so you are only getting 1000 mg of calcium.
The recommended amount is 1500-2000 mg.

Since I drink 3 glasses of milk per day, my nut kept me at 4 chews.

Did you have surgery in 2007?

Adult muliple 2x day (generic brand..has the same levels as centrum)
calcium citrate 1500-2000 mg day..various brands and forms. I have wafers, chews, and pills
Iron q day
b-12 sublingual..from trader joes..1 x day

I also take a complex b and dry Vit D 3x week.

I also take tons of other meds..some of which can't be taken within 4 hours of calcium. I take those meds twice a day. My vitamin schedule is rough.

I started with the samples I was given and the ones I ordered. After those, the ones I had purchased and still take are:

- multi vitamin w/ AED&K (Rite Aid Brand) 2 times a day
- Calcium (has some D3, Rite Aid Brand) 4 times a day (1.5 each time for a total of 6 at 315 mg each)
- B12 (Rite Aid brand or whatever is cheap, BOGO...) 1000 units 3-4 times a week
- tender Iron (vitalady brand) once a month (50,000), my iron usually ran high, but labs are good here
- D3 (Vita lady again) twice a week to maintain my labs

What I do, for morning routine - multi, calcium, B12
twice during the day at work I take calcium
Evening, before bed, multi, calcium, and D3 (Monday and Friday), and Iron on the 1st of the month

Good Luck!

I use a generic multi (adult multi with 100% of the RDA of stuff, as recommended by the ASMBS) twice a day, 1500 mg calcium citrate (combo of generic tablets, Upcal D and Calcet creamy bites) taken in 500 mg doses three times a day, 75 mg carbonyl iron (Sundown Perfect Iron) every day, and B12 shots once a week.  That covers the ASMBS requirements.

I also take generic vitamin C with my iron to increase absorbtion, magnesium oxide to prevent constipation, and 50,000 IU D3 four times a wee, 25,000 IU A three times a week and 50 mg zinc twice a week because my labs showed I was low on those things.
