 I went back a couple of pages and didn't see a thread for today -  sorry if I just missed it

I have spent the morning trying to get ready to get ready... to go camping  :)  
I cleaned out my truck, gathered some of my dry goods and "kitchen" stuff, put together some of the gear for the horses, have clothes in the dryer and some clothes stacked up to pack.  I still have an awful lot to do, and then a 9hr shift at work.  Tomorrow I'll do my grocery shopping and final packing
Wednesday I am OUTTA HERE!!!!

B - protein shake / milk
L  - chicken salad in a "foldit" wrap
D - maybe I'll finally get around to that tuna I list everyday :)
S - turkey pepperoni / cheese

Camping?  More power to you!  Used to camp with my family as a child.  I think I liked it then. 

Began the day with my FF latte at home
B-Eggo Protein Waffle w/tbsp of PB and 2 strips of turkey bacon
L-Leftover filling from my Nik's Egg-chilada's that I made Saturday night.  Chicken w/black beans, onion and green pepper. And a Raspberry Greek yogurt.
S-I have an apple here
D-Hamburger patty I think.  With a slice of cheese.

I ate too much stuff over the weekend so hopefully back on track today!

B - protein hot chocolate
S - greek yogurt w/ berries
L - quinoa & black beans + shrimp (yesterday's leftover yumminess)
S - half Quest bar or cottage cheese if needed
D - pork chop & veggies (brussels sprouts & broccoli) and maybe a little more quinoa & beans!

Holy cow, what a super busy day!

Breakfast - Hardboiled egg

Gym - I got a late start today and could only squeeze in 14 minutes of elliptical before I was late for my water class. But hey, it was 14 minutes. Then an hour of deep water exercise, then 5 laps in the pool, and 10 minutes of treading.

Second breakfast was a nonfat, sugarfree, decaf iced mocha with an Atkins shake blended in. 300 calories, 10g fat, 27g protein, no added sugar.

Then I went out and raked leaves and sticks, and mowed my lawn. Omg, I'm sweating like crazeballs today.

Lunch is gonna be the rest of this mocha shake thing.

Snack later will probably be part of a banana and some lentil salad.

Dinner will be the goat cheese quesadilla and protein-blended tomato soup I didn't have last night.

Maybe some more lentil salad in the late evening if I'm hungry.

Oy Monday.  I spilled coffee IN my purse on the way to work.  That was not fun.

17 oz bottle of water in the car.

Fage with frozen cherries and splenda, topped with Special K protein cereal and ground flax.

Decaf coffee with ff nd creamer and splenda.

24 oz water.

Slice of mealoaf and a tangelo.

I tried a Power Crunch vanilla bar.  I didn't like it enough to justify the 205 calories and 12 grams of fat with only 14 grams of protein.  I threw it away.  I'm counting half for tracking purposes.

I'm drinking a decaf tea with splenda now.  I need to get in 48 oz of water minimum since I was low on water before lunch.  I'm puffy and my rings are snug so I'm dehydrated a little.

I don't know what dinner will be.  Hubby and I plan to go back to the meal planning like we used to way back.  We would make a month or two weeks of menus based on our schedules and stick to it.  A lot of our issues come from not having anything thawed for dinner come dinner time - on top of busy work/workout/kid schedules.  It should save time, money and waste.

I have a power yoga class tonight.  It's my second favorite class following the Saturday morning class.

Monday, a hellova way to spend 1/7th of your life, eh?

B: protein shake/turkey sausage (I tell you I'm addicted to them)
L: Lasagna Cupcakes/green beans
S: Plain Greek Yogurt with diced NSA peaches
D: GF Pizza and a salad, kale chips for the crunch.
S: Yasso fro-greek-yo bar, hot chocolate FF

Going to do a treadmill interval workout oh in about 10 minutes plus lower body strength training and 10 minutes of awesome stretching....

Must practice piano for an hour somewhere between now and bed....yikes....

Woke up with wicked leg cramps at 3am and decided my legs were thrashed from Last nights 2 hours spin class so I called it a partial rest day and hit a 45min spin class for lunch rather than the 530am class and then weights.

Eating
Had a shake for breakfast
Some yogurt and bars for snacks
lunch was half a chicken salad in a spinach wrap with feta.
Dinner probably pork or beef!

All day meeting. Snack table. Bring it on.

EXCEPT>

I had to deal with two sick divas this a.m. and didn't pack my snacks. But I didn't do bad. Checkit:

1. cheesecake greek yogurt w/ fiber one
2. A cheesestick and a pretzel rod
3. Some sort of chicken dish that was dry as hell (and got stuck and came back up) w/ salad and steamed veggies (which were collateral damage)
4. Trail mix and 2 mini-reese's cups (considering how many of those things there were, only eating 2 is a triumph)
5. A bit of the divas polla asado (grilled chicken)
6. Greek yogurt with sf chocolate syrup and fiber one
