got a recipe from a friend that had surgery who got it from her surgeon:

              Turkey Meatloaf..                               oven @350
1- 20oz pack of lean ground turkey           Mix it all together, there is more stuff
1 1/2 Cups of lowfat cottage cheese         in it than turkey, thats ok....put it in a
1 pack of onion soup mix                             baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours,
2 eggs                                                         longer if you want. its very moist so
1 small can tomato sauce                            extra bake time just makes it more
pepper to taste                                          firmer, but not dry.
all the onions and bellpepper u like

My kids tore it up...../ made cauliflower mashed( like tatos)to go with it YUMMMMY!!!!!!!!!!!

pure protein!

i am a good cook, and it was better than my regular meatloaf, and sooo juicy, and not from bread and crackers that soaked up the fat!!!

Sounds good.  I've never thought of using cottage cheese in meatloaf...
