What are you eating / doing today? Wednesday edition
I think I posted this morning on the wrong day's thread. I've lost a day somewhere - probably because of all the storms and tornados yesterday!
Bottle of water on the way to work.
B - Fage with strawberries and splenda with Special K protein plus and ground flax.
Decaf with splenda and ff nd creamer.
24 oz water.
Nectar Strawberry kiwi protein drink.
L - chicken breast with black beans, applesauce.
I'm waiting another half hour before I start drinking again and then it's at least 48 oz water and a hot decaf green tea.
Not sure on dinner. Probably more chicken or something made with the chicken. I have leftovers.

Today is a run everywhere kind of day..Airport this morning to drop off family..four kid trips to town for dance at 4 and 5 then band at 6 and 9. Mowed the lawn too. Fiancee is still doing mushies so cooking for her, kids are having leftover meatloaf.
B- scramblled egg and tbs peanut butter
L- curry chicken salad and one slice of smart wheat
D- something easy and fast

I woke up starving so I had:
B: 3 oz grilled garlic lamb with a tomato salad
- Protein drink with milk & coffee in it
L: Spicy tuna hand roll (no rice), 1 oz raspberries, 1 oz dark chocolate
- Protein drink with milk
D: Salad with grilled shrimp, 3 oz frozen grapes. (I'm still feeling hungry so I may have more shrimp but I'm not sure yet)
I also did 10 min walking, 20 jogging, and 35 min on the bike + 1 hour of weight lifting and ab work after breakfast.
