am i eating too much?

hey guys well i need opinions...my nut is only open on weekends and she never told me to count calories but i feel like im eating too much...in the past couple of weeks ive upped my intake...i used to get 3-400 cals daily n now im eating close to 700 cals...heres a sample menu of what im eating
b- light n fit 80cal yogurt
s- atkins protein shake
l- tuna n crackers or whatever leftover from the night b4 (chickn or chili made in crockpot)
s- cheese stick or laughing cow cheese w a few club crackers
d- same as lunch
s- either fudgescicle or special k cracker chips
ive considered that the reason im eating more is cuz i go to the gym 4-5x a week but idk how true this is...advice please

No, you're not eating too much. You may actually need more calories if you're working out.
