What are you doing/eating today? TGIF Edition.
Still not feeling great. I had the worst migraine ever yesterday. I managed to get my water in though.
B - 1 slice turkey bacon, 1 slice rye
L - Greek yogurt
D - Soup
Lots of water and coffee.
Waiting for my stomach to calm down so if it does, then ALOT more protein.

L: Grilled Chicken, steamed veggies
S: spinach salad with spicy mustard
D: Fast food probably Wendy's chili
S: Margarita :) Master of mixes makes a DELISH I mean Y=U=M=M Sugar free 10 cal margarita mix I buy it at walmart they have a strawberry daquri one for 20 cal a serving that is kinda awesome too.

But I think I know what it is.
Folks, don't do that five day pouch test to "reset" your pouch. All you have to do is abstain from food for one day and BOOM you are right back to the stomach your surgeon gave you.
I've had this experience after colds and on days when I was busy and didn't eat for really long stretches. I am debating in my head whether I really WANT my appetite back. I dunno.
Anyhoo...here's my plan
PB: A few Sun Chips (I grabbed a few of La Petite Diva's chips and immediately regretted it)
B: I am about to make a Click Frapp to put in my shaker cup. It may take me a minute to fini****
L: I have leftovers from Uno's yesterday and also veggie chili. So one of the two.
S: Probably nothing. Water though.
D: I have leftover salisbury steak that needs eating (made from turkey). I'll probably have that and I'm thinking of making myself some fauxtato salad.
Oh! One more thing going on with me this weekend. I seem to have some sort of critter in my house. I had a big trash bag in my kitchen waiting to go out and yesterday I noticed it had holes in the bottom with teeth marks. Today more holes. But the funny thing is I have seen NO droppings. So...do I have ghost mice?

I miss food. I kept trying to eat yesterday and the pouch kept shutting me down...sad.

Also ordered a backup armband for my new <3 toy. I'll get it sweaty and nasty in no time and I need one to wear while the other one cleans. I'm taking it for a run tonight. I also need to go grocery shopping.
20 oz water on the drive to work, ho****er with lemon when I got here.
B - Fage, fruit, SK cereal, splenda, ground flax.
Decaf coffee with splenda, ff nd creamer, then 48 oz water minimum.
L - they are having a celebration lunch here at the hospital so it's probably burgers or hot dogs. I brought lentil soup, an apple and an orange just in case.
48 more oz of water between lunch and leaving.
S - 1 1/2 scoops of protein drink over ice. Mmmmm. Reordered and restock on the way! DIgging this. It's kept me protein drink compliant, which is an accomplishment.
D - no clue. Need to hit the grocery store tonight to restock meats and etc so it might be frozen pizza for the kids and leftovers for me.
I didn't check out the garden last night so when hubby went out there this morning there was a 14 inch zucchini that was as big around as my calf. Might be making some nsa lemon zucchini bread or some zucchini muffins or pancakes this weekend. :)

Today is a day off for me (from work that is). I had PT this morning and the therapist said let's make that shoulder buzz. Holy crap...my rotator cuff is definitely a buzz right now. Then I went across the street to the gym and cycled for a bit and then did a Core class. OMG, that kicked every single one of my transverse abdominal and obliques and whatever other muscles she invoked with her exercises.

Sweat is really no indication of how many calories I burn. For instance this core class had me dripping water, but I only burned about 200 calories for the hour. But the muscle mass I worked on will (eventually) become more metabolically active so I'll sustain a higher burn every day because I have more muscle mass (and hopefully flatter, stronger, four-pack-ish kind of abs ~grin~

Sweat is really no indication of how many calories I burn. For instance this core class had me dripping water, but I only burned about 200 calories for the hour.
