 Today is first day of no school for my two little ones. 8 and 11 both have some special needs, so when they are home Colleen and I are both busy. We have a busy summer both with and without kids. Lots of camping and all the kids have sports/band/girl scouts and such so run,run,run. So anyhow today I am finishing small stuff before summer mode.
 Mood : content to be the dad.Sad no workout Maybe tomorrow I can fit gym between 3 doctor visits. Back to my WLS doctor for blood results and (I hope) to show off my progress, Colleen has doctor too and I need new glasses.   

B- oatmeal with lots of fresh strawberries

L- deli turkey or ham and smoked cheddar rolled up

D- plans for talapia but not sure how yet, maybe in roasted tomato and peppers

S- coffee maybe yogurt w/ peanut butter that sounds yumm after yesterdays PB chat.

 Today I woke up feeling tremendous and I hope the feeling holds for the rest of the day.  Yesterday I ended on a bad eating note..going to have to watch that and stuff..exercise is on the agenda for the rest of the week!

Today eat's are going to be the 'unknown'

B:  Protein Shake
L:  Viet Thai, which normally comes back up but I didn't pick the restaurant, so I dunno what I will have :(  it's my pre-op favorite so I have to figure out if there is something I can keep down...
S:  Greek Yogurt.  Was going to go out for supper but have been eating out to much this week already. 
ES:  May skip depending on protein levels..

Man crappy planned day :(  tomorrow will be better right?

Cleaning house, doing laundry, and finishing up the decorations for Saturdays cake. They better LOVE it!

Had 1/2 an iced coffee to wake up
I've been sipping on a tropical punch protein shake along with a few chunks of watermelon.
Lunch will be cottage cheese or Greek yogurt.
Dinner will be stuffed sweet peppers

 Today is a short day at work...I am going home early because I am having a couch delivered! yay!  Can't wait!

B:  Lite W/W toast with low sugar pb with equal sprinkled on top
L:  Cobb Salad
S:  Cheese
D:  Either a grilled chicken sandwich on whole wheat or a salad? 
S:  Sugar free pudding?

Hoping to get in a run this afternoon..... wishing i could skip work tomorrow to go to the beach!

Breakfast- Click Frappe
Snack- 1/4 of a Think Thin Cookies and Cream protein bar.
Lunch- 1/2 of a chicken, provolone, onion and pepper pita
Dinner- probably the other half of my wrap from lunch

 Lunch was surprising.  In a good way.  Mostly.

It was BBQ, so I had half a smoked chicken breast, a bite of smoked sausage, some pepperoncinis, a pickled jalapeno, some onions, pickles and a roll.  Two rolls actually because I had another one a little after.  Argh.

I skipped the baked beans, coleslaw and brownies.

It is hotter than blue blazes (what does that mean?) I watch the stock market and run in and out to pot seedlings or water. I baked Artisan bread today. One recipe will last us for two weeks. Tonight I will mulch begonias...550 of them. Hope to get to bed by 10:30pm.

B. Banana (low on potassium)
L. Egg tortillas w/cheese and bacon
S. protein bar spread over the day
S. strawberries w/yogurt
S. new, out of the oven artisan bread heal w/1 tsp PB
D. (late ) broiled chicken w/curried rice, cheese, and broccoli
