When I was doing my pre-surgery psych evaluation the therapist asked what weight I wanted to get down to.  I said "250 pounds" when he asked why I picked that number I told him "I think that will look good on my frame and not be too fat".

While I know I have a long way to go before getting into even the "overweight" BMI zone, I'm reasonably proud of hitting this milestone in just a little less than seven months.

I will update my OH ticker after weighing in at tonight's support group.

Great Job!!

It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. It requires sacrifice. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it's WORTH IT! (Author Unknown). I feel this sums up my ongoing journey to a healthier me!
