  I'm trying not to get too obsessed about food today.

Today is a great day so far!  Tuesdays my parents go grocery shopping so I don't have to get up early to go help my mom.  I slept until 10 (vs 920 lol ) and then rushed around to get ready for work and the gym.  As I was leaving my parents got home so I went to their house to carry in a big load of groceries for my dad.
   I doubled up at the gym  today and I actually feel GREAT! I can not wait to be able to see what calories I burn....
1) workout with the trainer
warmup with 10 rounds of 45sec treading (TM off) 15sec rest
then 5 rounds:
30 sec dumb bell thrusters w/ 15lb dbs
60 sec lateral step up (one leg 30sec, switch)
60 sec curtsy lunges w/ overhead press (10lb db)
30 sec suicide jumps
30 sec rest

2) 30 min spin class
 I was expecting a horrible time but I did ok , really pushed. It was fun too because the trainer is using her "spooky playlist" for October (Witch Doctor, Ghostbusters, Highway to Hell, Devil Went Down to Georgia, etc)


Work 1:15pm - 1:15am, but will take a break in there to go to support group meeting.

B - nothing since I woke up late
L - arnold nutty grain bread, peanut butter, 1/2 banana , 1/2 100cal pack of pretzels
 S - post trainer - 1 Nik's Protein Power ball (made w/ real banana) and other 1/2 pretzels
S - post spin - 1Tbs peanut butter, 1/2Tbs honey
LOTS Of water
S - celery, carrots, sweet peppers
     - probably either a click or mint cookie protein
   - QUest on the way to support
D - rotisserie chicken, fresh green beans, broc/cauli/carrots, sweet peppers
S - cottage cheese, strawberries, fiber one
    - probably either click or mint cookie
    - ww tortilla w/ turkey bacon and tomato slices

s - decaf coffee, creamer, Splenda
L - chicken fajitas, black beans, onions, peppers, NSA vanilla ice cream (celebration at work)
s - 1 1/2 scoop mint cookie protein made with water
D - something chickeny maybe
s - don't know


Thinkings: I'm trying not to. My BFF was just diagnosed with incurable colon CA with liver mets. No lung mets. Surgery tomorrow to remove the sigmoid tumor followed by chemo and maybe radiation. They can't give her a time frame or a prognosis. It's very bad. She need prayers, love, healing thoughts, swingy chickens, whatever you have to throw her way. Please.

We had our first frost last night so it was COLD this am. We went to refinance our mortgage to a lower rate....yippy! I shopped for b-day gifts and cards, bought hose for the wedding too. The pouch hurts and is making me sick today so food doesnt even sound good.

B:kashi go lean 1/4 banana
L:2 small turkey dogs
S:atkins mocha latte protein shake
D:maybe some homemade beef soup or 2 ounces turkey, 1/4 c cottage cheese
S: might not have one we'll see
