Ocean Spray Diet Sparkling Cranberry

Yesterday I went grocery shopping and I decided I wanted something new or different to drink.  I typically drink a ton of decaf iced tea, which I love, but I was just in the mood for something different.  I like juice but I don't like the sugar and calories in it.  I found Ocean Spray diet sparkling cranberry, which is sparkling water with some cranberry  juice.  It must not have very much juice in it, because an eight ounce can is only 10 calories (crystal light is five calories, isn't it?).  but it has a fairly strong cranberry flavor, plus it's a little fizzy.  I'm enjoying it a lot.

Good to know!  Thanks...I've been looking for something different too and miss cranberry juice.

It is good but the bubbles tend to upset my belly...don't feel good with more than just a swallow
Glad you found something to enjoy that's different

Nice!  My latest kick is mango tea.  I buy the Lipton's mango and white tea tea bags, and I steep 4 tea bags with 1 gallon size regular tea bag (in a 1/2 gallon pitcher-I like my tea dark and strong).  The mango flavor is subtle, and I don't add any sweeteners (but I do not like sweet drinks.....)

I love cranberry juice...I'll have to try this.

I have been drinking the diet cranberry that has only 10 calories per bottle.  I haven't seen the sparkling.  I will have to look for it because I love the regular diet cranberry.  I drink one every day over crushed ice.  I am going to see if I can find the sparkling because a little fizz would be good.

Wouldn't the sparkling be the same thing as diet soda? That would cause me problems. For me cranberry juice, which I love is just to sweet for me. But if it does not cause a lot of gas, go for it.

Yeah, it's carbonated, so if carbonation bothers you, it wouldn't be a good choice for you.

I have it on occasion because I also miss juice.  I confess, sometimes I add a small amount of Knudsen Cherry juice to it... yum!
