7.5 Months Out - Hit First "goal"
I'm just a few days shy of seven and a half months since surgery and I finally have an "official" weigh-in at the Doctor's office that has me below my first goal.
When I first met with the Psychologist before surgery he asked for my goal and I told him 250Lbs - and while I know I'm not "finished" losing I am happy to be at this milestone.
