Stall at 7 weeks post op
I'm 7 weeks post op and I seem to have hit a stall. I lost good for the first 3 to 4 weeks, now I'm bouncing back and forth between 270 and 268. I was 295. I did add exercise,I walk about 1/2 mile and do a little strength training, like 10 sets of 3 using 35 lb weights. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm at 8 weeks out and I did the same thing at about 6-7 weeks.
I thought "oh no, can I fail at THIS too?!"
But then I decided to ignore that bout of low self-esteem, and to refocus on eating right, getting more fluids and sleep, and waiting it out. Then it seemed like overnight, things just shifted again. I think our bodies will do this, and the key will be to just ride it out. Don't panic!
For me, I'm staying off the scale except for once a week at most. The daily loss is not so great now, and it feels defeating if there is no movement. Work your program one day at a time, and get plenty of fluids, rest and protein. Exercise moderately and have fun - enjoy the process and the NSVs.
Hang in there!!

I know what I'm doing wrong at 3 months out.
I'm having a lot of pain due to sciatica...not related to RNY surgery.
I need to get back on track. I think I've been eating 3 larger meals...instead of spreading it out over 5 or 6 eating episodes.
But the pain is an excuse. I have to grin and bear it until it passes.
I'm confident that it will.
