STALL or am I finished?

I need some reassurance,    I am 8 months (almost)   out down  86lbs with 23lbs more to go.  I have been steadily losing until now..  Well it seems that I have hit a “STALL”. 2 weeks and not a single lb lost.  I have been told that you lose for a year but I have also been told (and have heard) that is only a guideline.   Don’t get me wrong I am happy with what I have lost, It is actually 11lbs more than my surgeon suggested, but I hate to think that this is it.

Generally speaking, the losing period is anywhere from 12-18 months depending on starting weight, how much you need to lose, etc.

Try increasing your protein and liquids. I have heard that can help break a stall.

Thanks,  My protein is approx 65-70 daily and honestly I am having trouble with fluids  I am only getting about 40oz daily  but I will try.   Thanks again for the responses

You have quite a bit of time to lose with the tool. I believe if you up that fluid intake to 64 ounces at a minimum, you will see a movement on the scales. You have done a great job with the 85 pounds so far and even though the losses will be slower, you aren't done yet!

I'm two years, three months out, and have lost  a bit over five pounds in the last three months; I'm now three pounds under goal. I have also, at different points in that process, gone as much as five months incrementally gaining and losing the same three or four pounds over and over.
Stick to the tools, forget the scales, and relax.

I just checked my weight loss graph on my tracker page, and I stand corrected.
I went about ten months gaining and losing the same five pounds, before they gave up and left permanently.
