last 55
so I know the last 55 won't come off has easy as the first 75 i lift weights six days a week and 180 mins of cardio a day 7 days a week im still only losing a pound too 2 poynds a week but my surgeon says when u workout you replace the fat with muscle so he said its going to take longer just asking if this is correct i work so hard and the scale doesn't reflect my workload everbody says I look great and look like I workout so im thinking im still makin progress

Yes, measuring would really help you monitor progress. I remember when you had surgery. You've come so far. Congratulations!
