so I know the last 55 won't come off has easy as the first 75 i lift weights six days a week and 180 mins of cardio a day 7 days a week im still only losing a pound too 2 poynds a week but my surgeon says when u workout you replace the fat with muscle so he said its going to take longer just asking if this is correct i work so hard and the scale doesn't reflect my workload everbody says I look great and look like I workout so im thinking im still makin progress

Yes, it's true what your surgeon said. Have you been measuring yourself and keeping track of your weight loss that way? Sometimes the scale doesn't move, but then I'm down another inch or so. kiss

Yes, measuring would really help you monitor progress. I remember when you had surgery. You've come so far. Congratulations!
