Upset stomach in the mornings

Probably about once a week I get a bad upset stomach first thing in the morning. My stomach will start cramping before I even put anything in my mouth. Do you think these episodes are from something I ate the night before? I haven't been able to figure out any patterns. Any advice?

I had bouts of nausea every morning....my nut told me to try a glass of milk... I'm not a big milk fan....BUT this has really helped!

Mine is because it's dry ... Once I have had my morning tea, I can eat whatever I like ... I can't imagine throwing food at it without my tea first!!!!

I often read about people who can't do anything but a protein shake for breakfast and I wonder if it's for the same reason I have to have my cuppa before I eat?
