yep, just spray down a glass casserole with Pam, throw a bunch of stuff in (egg whites, veggies/meats, cheese) and bake at 350 until set.

Starting next week, my NUT wants me to just eat, not plan every bite and calorie. It is freaking me out. But we talked and I spend my day consumed with what I am eating, what I am going to eat and what I have already eaten.... she thinks that keeps my addict brain craving. She said try a week of just making good choices, getting my protein in, and relaxing. So I am going to do it next week while I face one of my worst fears - no gym. My trainer said I am overtraining and pushing injury limits, so I am limited to 2 cardio classes and walking next week. :O
Today though:
3am - protein shake
8am - protein bar
12 noon - reduced fat bubba burger w/ cheese, turkey bacon, onions, big salad
Snack (4ish probably) - click; apple
D - roast turkey, squash, green beans, salad
S - turkey / cheese roll ups, berries (strawberries / blueberries)
Before bed - hot protein shake (my new habit)
Wow - that's a double whammy! But, while change is hard, it's really necessary to shake things up mentally.

Food shopping today then normal kid stuff all afternoon
B- smart wheat toast w/ peanut butter
L- Nik's taco casserole since I found a decent summer squash
D- smoked sausage and broccoli for kids ...maybe me too
S- coffee and more coffee, ginger almonds maybe SF ice cream before bed if needed
