I was at Shopper's Drug Mart yesterday looking around at the drinks to see what kind of variety I can have and I came across this protein water.  The bottle is 500ml but I ended up by diluting it with water because it was quite strong.  Just thought I would share.

................  so apparently I don't know how to add a photo!

ETA - I don't know how to get the actual picture up  but here is a link for the pic of the bottle.  http://images.obesityhelp.com/uploads/profile/810738/albums/124087/photo.JPG

I'm not getting my protein in, so this might be a good option for me.  Even if it isn't much, it would add to the total.  When you diluted it, was there a funny taste?  How much dld you dilute it?

Thanks in advance.  I'm going to see if they have it here.

I only found lemon and orange.  The lemon was really lemony so I just diluted it to taste, almost half and half.  It isn't much but it is good for liquids and has some fiber in there too!

Can you just provide the name of the product so those of us using mobile devices and iPads don't have to go through the hassle of typing in the whole address to just get to a picture of the product??  Thanks.

Further to Lora's request, can I please request ANYONE who posts a link to at least hotlink it - it takes you a couple of seconds to do and makes it much more likely that *I* and I'm sure I'm not the only one, will actually open the link.
