exactly 5 months out and down 75lbs. only 25 more to go.

    

Pre Op weight  - 230 (heaviest weight)

Surgery weight - 217

Wow!! That is amazing! Congrats to you I a Jo. Well done! I am stuck here on day four at the same weight...what's up with this so early in the game??? surgery was 6-3-13...

WOW-that is fantastic! One of my first milestones is 3 lbs above the weight you started at, lol!

KEEP IT UP!!

    

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman.  I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
