May 9,2012 forever changed my life. Prior to that date, I was pushing 300 pounds & had unsuccessfully tried getting pregnant. I not only have PCOS, but I have a blocked right fallopian tube. My husband and I have tried for over 11 years.

Fast forward to today. I am down over 123 pounds and am 15 months post op. I just found out this morning that I'm pregnant!! No IVF, no hormones, no nothing. It all happened on it's own - Praise God!

I'm only a month along, but had to share the joyous news for those who are losing or have lost all hope. I, too, had lost all hope and settled myself with the fact that we would be a childless couple.

It is truly a miracle and I thank God for this! Keep your head up. It CAN happen.

Thank and praise your surgeon. He's the one that helped you lose the weight in order to be healthy enough to conceive. It's no miracle. It's all science.
