A recipe to share, and 2 NSV
Took my measurements this morning (I will be 7 weeks out on Tuesday) I have taken a total of 17.5 inches off my body!
Went shopping today and went into 2, yes 2, stores and found rain coats that fit! Eddie Bauer and Totes. Granted, they were both too expensive and I didn't buy them but the fact that it wouldn't be something at Lane Bryant or Kohls ( the only
Stores I used to shop at for clothes)
Here is a recipe I wanted to share that I made for dinner tonight. Super easy and 44gms protein for 1 breast..granted I only ate 1/3 of the 4.8oz breast.
Enjoy!
SKINNY GREEK YOGURT CHICKEN
Ingredients:
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 cup plain greek yogurt (I used Oikos)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese - grated
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Direction
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2) Combine greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3) Line baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
4) Coat each chicken breast in greek yogurt mixture and place on foiled baking sheet.
5) Bake for 45 minutes.

Congrats! That's an awesome thing for so early out!
Also, the chicken sounds yummy! I bet I could even convince my family to eat it (if I don't tell them it's healthy!)
