Doing Good Update
Thank you to everyone who commented on my last post about feelings of regret and moving forward, when your diet wasn't moving forward. So as of now I am on soft foods. Enjoying low fat mild cheddar cheese slices, as well as, pepper jack (found them to be a bit spicer than I hoped...planning on saving that for something special and getting my mild cheddar back...smile). A frien whom had lap band several years ago gave me a tip about Ritz cracker packs in the evening for when I need to take my multivitamins. One cracker feels me up but always me to coat my stomach to take my B12 and multivitamin, plus its a great snack at work in between protein shakes. Nothing is getting stuck. Drinking my water and going to talk to my NUT on Monday about how to better structure my day with the foods I can eat and get off the protein shakes. Will keep you updated. Monday is also my 43rd birthday and can't think of a better way to bring in the new year and my bday then being, right now, 60 pounds lighter. Will see how much total on Monday and excited to be able to get into the gym. My ortho dr gave me a shot in my knee to help jump start movement, so will sign up for the gym and brave the cold weather here to accerlate my weight loss. More updates to come...

Great news! One critical question...you are not swallowing B12 are you? You cannot absorb it that way. Sublingual, nasal spray and injection are the only way as I understand it. I do sublingual.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
I am glad to hear things are better. Just be careful about the crackers, I doubt they are on YOUR plAn. Lap band is totally different and IMHO I doubt they had crackers on their plan either.

Crackers were on my plan at 6 weeks I think. Eat 4 with peanut butter or cheese. I still eat them but limit to 4 or 5
