Oh yes!  I went on a Skinny Cow bender about four months ago (pre-op)... I think the box lasted two days in my freezer - and I was restraining myself!  Just one right after the other.

I wish I could eat these. Unfortunately they usually havre a lot of chemicals like guar and carregeen gum. Both make me dump real bad

Yep.  Carregeen is one of the worst gut irritants out there.  Sugar free/fat free stuff is usually a chemical **** storm.

Good for you if you can make them last a month. They would't last two days with me.

Thanks! But we all have our weaknesses! Where you would have these gone in a few days, I can make last a month. However, where you might be able to walk away from starches and carbs, I more than likely could not.. I believe a lot of work is not so much with the diet and excercise per se, but in our heads with our cravings.. :/

I hate blow yourbubble - butit is probably NSA - no sugaradded - and most likely has a lot of carbs and sugar alcohols.. As long as you can tolerate them,  and they don't make yu sick - it may be OK once in  a while. I know it would be a death to me. Too many carbs ... and if that has SA - o boy..

I know they are not the best thing to choose.. Kind of like the saying goes, "If it was made BY a plant, eat it. If it was made IN a plant, stay away." I debated that for many months.. Believe me when I say I battle in my head EVERY day, feeling guilty if I consume 800-1200 calories a day (which is what my NUT wants us at, at this stage) thinking it is to much (yes, I probably should see someone about it :/).

However, with all that being said, I made a decision to have them instead of getting the "real" thing, as the amount of calories, fat, sugar, etc just was not worth it. And unfortunetly, I don't dump, and my body just LOVES storing that garbage.. *sighs* So I guess it was the lesser of two evils in my eyes.. And yes, I could have made the choice to say no to any of it, but I did not want to chance me trying to eat really bad.. A woman's monthly is such a darn curse.. But thank you for the insight! I appreciate all of it! Keeps me in check! :)

More for others who may be reading this than for you: be aware that they have 26g of carbs, which is a lot of carbs for someone still trying to lose (even some in maintenance strive to keep carbs around 100, so one "ice cream" sandwich would be 1/4 of their daily allowance.

I appreciate that insight as well! As I stated before, my body love's to hoard carbs and starches.. So my meals don't have refined, or proccessed starches. I get my carbs by my veggies, some dairy, etc.. I wish they could make gum that tastes like deserts, etc (like in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory) so you still get the taste, but trick your mind into believing you had some.. Thank you for the added info.. I will keep that in mind when I need to get some more. Maybe I can figure something out with fruit or what not instead of that.. Maybe a "smoothie" with yogurt and some kind of fruit?
